Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or plain water
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for added creaminess)
  • Honey or maple syrup, to taste (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions:

  1. Place all the fruits (banana, pineapple, mango, and strawberries) in a blender.
  2. Add the coconut water or plain water to the blender. If you prefer a creamier smoothie, you can also add Greek yogurt at this stage.
  3. If desired, sweeten the smoothie with honey or maple syrup to taste.
  4. Optionally, add a few ice cubes to the blender for a colder smoothie.
  5. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more coconut water or water to reach your desired consistency.
  6. Once the smoothie reaches the desired consistency, pour it into glasses and serve immediately.
  7. Garnish with additional fruit slices or a sprinkle of shredded coconut if desired.
