  • 1 cup coconut water or water

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients (spinach leaves, avocado, banana, cucumber, pineapple, lemon juice, ginger, and coconut water or water) in a blender.
  2. Optionally, add ice cubes to the blender if you prefer a colder drink.
  3. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more coconut water or water to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Taste the drink and adjust the flavor if necessary. You can add more lemon juice for acidity or honey for sweetness if desired.
  5. Once the drink is smooth and well blended, pour it into glasses.
  6. Garnish with a slice of cucumber or a sprinkle of chia seeds if desired.
